CH-Federal Copyright Law (Non-official translation provided by the WIPO) CH-Copyright Ordinance (in French)
"Copyright protection shall not afforded to acts, ordinances and decisions". This rule, stated in the Civil Code of the Canton of Solothurn (1847), can also be found in the Swiss Federal Copyright Act (Art. 5) of today.
